All domestic orders for physical products are shipped by Canada Post first class recorded delivery, and should take 1-3 business days to arrive.

    International orders for physical products are shipped using Canada Post's international signed for service, with the package being passed to the domestic mail delivery service in the destination country before delivery to the customer. Delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination, and may also be subject to import taxes.

    To ensure that your order for physical products arrives successfully, all shipping prices quoted on the site are for recorded delivery. Return Policy

All goods for physical products are the responsibility of the customer until they are returned to Clifton Joseph - returns must be sent by recorded delivery to ensure their arrival.

We reserve the right to refuse a return physical products if items have clearly been used, worn or otherwise soiled or damaged after purchase.
